WHIRLEY, Shirley Wintsch, is the edgy Spanish/American Contemporary Artist and FOUNDER OF WHIRLEYTIMES. Whirley was raised in between two different cultures , Spanish and North American. The artist graduated in 2004 as a Civil Engineer from Georgia Tech.  Whirley creates artwork in various mediums; acrylic on canvas, resin sculptures, plexi glass, resin art ,MURALS and textiles. Lately, WHIRLEY HAS BEEN WORKING ON THE ABSTRACT ASPECT OF FLUIDITY AS A SUBJECT WHICH IS REPRESENTED IN VIBRANT AND DIVERSE COLOURS OVER FLAT SURFACES. As a busy body, Whirley loves to be comfortable while active. Whirley came up with the idea of creating beautiful and interesting prints from original artwork as WEARABLE ART. Whirleytimes is more than a clothing line and AN ARTIST, ITS A WAY of living a HAPPY while active LIFE.

'PIA TRANSBORDA

Marcio Ribeiro, also known as PIA TRANSBORDA, is a painter and street artist. The artist, who has worked in the film industry as a set designer and art director, began his career as a visual artist in 2001. Since then, he has participated in several street art festivals, both individually and in collectives. His work is represented by galleries and has been commissioned by large commercial brands. The poetics of PIA’s work is created in a dialogue with contemporary art, through a comfortable flow perceived in his tireless strokes and minimal features. From transparenT to dense. Fragments of the artist’s universe are expressed in his work by THE LAYERS HE ADDS.

Andrea Hulamyhoop

Starting in lockdown, Andrea Hulamyhoop discovered hula hooping and it changed her life! She traded her job as a PhD research scientist to become a full-time hula hooper, and since then broken 14 Guinness World Records in hula hooping. Andrea has a unique style, and likes to use different parts of her body such as her butt to spin the hoops in ways few could imagine! Andrea loves performing and making people smile with her hula hoop tricks, and has appeared onstage worldwide for TV shows such as America’s Got Talent, Got Talent in Spain, Germany, France and Britain.

Andrea loves Whirleytimes Activewear and wore the Art Flow yoga leggings when achieving her first Guinness World Record. ‘I find the brand ideal for both my hula hoop career and for everyday life.
